if you want to take it to the max with sane voltage and only play games, any 150w TDP and above rated cooler will do the job.
dark rock 3 and NH-U14s will do the job very well.
If you want absolutelly the lowest temps, you will have to delid the CPU to replace the stock thermal sh*t under IHS which is the bottleneck in heat transfer from CPU to any cooler.

as you can see, all of these crap coolers are made on the same factory.
You will actually get better performance, lower noise, better reliability at lower cost with good air cooler.
have a look at Be Quiet coolers. they are kinda looking nice and do great job at much less money.
like there is no reason in the world to pay over 90$ for an air cooler (that's the price of the very best NH-D15)
yeah, my main problem though is how big air coolers have to be to have good temps (while overclocking) and how I'm worried it will take up too much space and, will look cluttered.
