1. Is it possible to mount a 120mm AIO on the rear fan slot of the Define Nano S?
2. Will the Corsair H80i GT fit on the rear fan slot escpecially when using Asus Maximus VIII Impact?
3. If I'll be mounting a 240mm AIO on the front (w/ dual intakes), will it greatly affect the thermals of the other component such as the GPU/Motherboard?
 
Solution
1| The case can support a top, front and rear radiator mounts but they will have t be slim lined radiators.
2| The Asus Maximus VIII Impact is officially not supported by Fractal on that chassis outside of a single row of fans being mounted at the top. You may want to look through this video with some time.
3| That would cause a drop in temps for your GPU and motherboard but do keep in mind that the heat taken away from the CPU is being dumped into your chassis which is one of the downsides of going for an internally mounted watercooling radiator setup.
4| With motehrboards without the daughter VRM card/board you can accomplish this:
