Question Fractal Design Define S - How to replace pair of USB ports on top/front of case?

product: Fractal Design Define S (case)

question: On the top / front of the case, there are two USB ports. The ports are broken but I already have the replacement cable and USB ports. How do I change out the defective ports? I've already pulled off the case's front bezel, and loosened the two screws on both side of the port's casing. But my question is, "how" do I get those two ports out of the small casing that surrounds them? Thank you.

Btw, the ports are similar to the Define R5, so if anyone knows the procedure for that case, it would be very helpful knowledge to me. I plan on calling Fractal Design on Monday, but I was hoping to complete this before the end of the weekend. Thanks.
