Fractal Design Meshify C front panel headphone jack acting weird with 4 pole jacks but not 3 pole

I tried listen to a song on my computer with my earbuds instead of the headphones I usually use, but they sounded like I was underwater unless I held down the pause button on the remote. I plugged my earbuds into my phone and they sounded fine and tried a different pair of earbuds with a similar 4 pole jack with the same results. My headphones with 3 pole jacks work perfectly fine on both my computer and phone and i didn't have this issue with my old case. Is there any way to fix this issue or am I stuck with it?

This might be because you meshify has two 3-pole jacks in it.
