Hi,
Im currently trying to install the Arctic Liquid Freezer 2 420mm version.
My problem is that it is hitting my x570-f motherboard and my tridentZ RAM.

It said on the fractal design specs that i would support a 420mm size.

Any tips on what Im doing wrong?

Solution
You missed the small print, mate - or rather, what was in parentheses.

  • Top radiator

120/240/360 mm, 140/280/420 mm (max 35 mm motherboard component height)
What that means is ram, or VRM heatsinks over 35mm won't fit with the 140mm sized models. The 120mm size units would've been fine.

So what's the next move?

I think i will return the 420mm and buy the 360mm version instead.
Thanks for the help guys!
