[SOLVED] Frame drop/Micro lags

amd ryzen 7 3700x
asus rog strix x570 - f gaming
2x16 g skill 2133 ddr4

Seagate ST500DM002-1SB10A

I have these annoying micro lags/drop to 40 fps for a split second in every game I play
I tried SSD and it didnt help at all
I turned off vsync in geforce experience panel and it made the lags much less noticable
I turned off game dvr(even in registry), gaming mode, every overlay
It happens even when im not multitasking
Temperatures of gpu and cpu are normal
I tested ram like in 4 programs and no issues after 6+ hours
Usage in task manager is normal while I play for everything
I havent overclocked anything
I have the latest drivers for gpu
I checked disable full screen optimizations

The 2 drives mentioned above arent 100% healthy so maybe thats the problem?
I seriously dont know what to do
Turning off vsync seems like helped a lot but didnt fix the issue

If your games are running off not 100% drives, that could cause stutters.

Have you run DiskChecks on them?

I did extended test on ssd with wdc data lifeguard diagnostic for windows and it said passed
smart report results

what cable are you using from monitor to GPU is it display-port if not then I suggest you go and get one or if you have then use that.

fixed by buying new drive
