frame drops after 5-9 minutes

Greetings lately i have a problem with my fps that drops after 9 minutes (some times after only 5).
This first presented in cs go and now in every game, usually i pass from 30 to almost 1 fps.

My system is Pentium dual core 2.5 GHz E5200 , RAM 3gb, NVIDIA 8400 GS and OP windows 7

Maybe your components are throttling, check your temps and maybe clean the heatsinks because dust may lead to high temps

i already checked it,i cleaned it and my temperature have a medium of 35-40 C

during the frame drop i run the management and it say that the cpu and the physical memory are almost at 100% of usage
