Frame drops or lag ( how do I solve it )

Okay so today I turned on my pc to play a few games... mid game i started lagging / frame dropping and then it stopped for a bit then it randomly starts again but its a bit worse and then it plays smooth again but then i lagged super hard and the game froze... pc is brand new 2 months old. whats the problem?

check the termals, cpu, gpu, sounds like a temp problem.
