[SOLVED] Frame Rate Dropping

I just built a new computer (specs at the bottom) and I have been playing the new Star Wars Fallen Jedi but my computer has been dropping frames like crazy on all the settings. It runs from 144fps-30fps even on the low settings. i was wondering is anyone had little tweaks that i could do to my computer to help stabilize the frame drop. Thanks

CPU: i7 9700k
GPU: ROG Strix GeForce RTX 2070 OC edition 8GB
GPU Fan: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro
Mother Board: Asus ROG STRIX Z390-E Gaming ATX
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16gb x 2
HDD: M.2 Wersten Digital Blue 1Tb
Power Supply: Corsair TXM Gold 750w
