Okay, like I've mentioned before, drivers are NOT the issue, AMD have confirmed this for me as well as me confirming it for myself after formatting my hard drive multiple times whilst trying to solve this problem. I have no idea what you mean by breadboard unfortunately. Also I'm not replacing my case, the NZXT Phantom which I'm running my computer in is one of the best gaming cases around and if you are saying that my motherboard not standing off the case far enough then it's more simply a case of buying a new motherboard as the majority are cheaper than my current case
