Question Frames Dropping when playing games on new PC

Hey everyone!

PC noob here, Just recently put together a new PC and I've been experience dramatic occasional losses of fps when playing. I don't really play any demanding games, mostly just League. I doubled checked and pretty sure I have all my drivers up to date. Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated! Imgur link for more info on system

Is gpu statistics monitoring the graphics card or igpu? Where's the video cable connected to at the back?
