Framework 3.5 Error 0x800070002 Windows 10

Hello I’m trying to install ironsight ( a free FPS I have been hearing about) but I can’t install because I don’t have Framework 3.5 i have 4.6 though. Everytime I try to install framework 3.5(includes .NET2.0 and 3.0) from the windows update installer I get error code 0x80070002 . I have been browsing and searching for fixes and everything and I still get the same error no matter what I did. Anyone know a way I can fix this and install framework 3.5 ? Thanks in advance

Make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your platform. Then try a repair install and then see if you can manually install Framework 3.5 in an elevated command;
Right click installer>Run as Administrator

I updated my bios and ran as administrator still having same problem
