I bought new soyo kt400 board, my video is so framey, it is like slow
motion, like a webcam set on 30 frames per min!, it is well noticed in games
where have lot action, like turns etc, i had the ATI AIW 7200 card, replaced
it by the soyo's onboard video, and still have the problem. I even upped
the video memory to 64 megs, and the apature to 128 megs. what else can I
