Question Free classic theme?

I've been looking for a way to have Windows 11 themed as Windows 9X/Me for free. I've seen promising paths that require me to install a paid and I'd rather stick to what Win 11 provides than to pay for theming. I've tried 2 things in vain

1. How to Change Windows 11 to Classic View [Simplified]
2. Download Simple Classic Theme - MajorGeeks

and am hoping one of you might suggest me something else.

I am on Win 10 and not sure this is what you want, but I use Classic Shell.
