Hello,
when i install game then an error occurred- cannot create 3d divice.

Go Start then Run and type ion dxdiag then press Enter. Run all the tests and particularly the 3D test under the Graphics tab and see what the report says.

If you aren't running DirectX 9.0c download that from Microsoft's website and update.

In addition to DirectX, you also would want to get the latest drivers for your video card.
