Uninstall the device driver & reboot (device manager)

All drivers, including video drivers are at the TOSHIBA site.

You MUST use the drivers for your exact model and Windows version (i.e. Windows 7 64-bit), and if there are MULTIPLE drivers (different video cards) you must make sure you use the correct ones.

So look at your laptop and find the model number and go to the site.
