• OBS Studio - if you also want to capture screen.

In addition, there are recording features in Windows 10.

Access via "WIN" + "I" > Gaming > Game bar

Not sure about your specific requirements - just take a look at the Gaming/Game bar options available and test to determine if any of those options do, indeed, work as you require.
