Free version windows 10

Hi I made a build from suggestions on here and someone linked me to the free version of windows 10 that I installed from a usb. I'm making another build but I can't find the win 10 now online. I'm looking all over the net for it but no luck. if anyone can help me please.

There is no "free" version of Windows 10. However, you can use it unactivated. Get directly from MS:

Thanks, just actually found it. Last time I used it as a fresh install, Can it be used if a pc already has windows 7 on it? My plan was to upgrade the windows 7 but I've ran into alot of problems with drivers and now the mouse and keyboard are not working. Only in bios they work. So I think installing windows 10 should solve it.

If youre trying to install Win7 on a Ryzen or Kaby lake, Win7 doesnt support USB 3 natively.

If you're using a USB 3 port

A Linux distro, like MATE, it´s free (if you want to), it´s a good distro, but I don´t know what are you going to do with your PC

The Mouse and keyboard was working at first in windows 7 I'm using a pentium G4600 which I think is Kaby lake but I must have everything in usb 2.0, but I couldn't connect to the internet. I'm guessing because I needed a LAN driver. So I installed everything on the cd which came with my motherboard (GIGABYTE GA-B250M-DS3H) Once the cd finished installing it asked me to restart the pc but at that point the keyboard and mouse was not responding so I couldn't select the relevant button. I reset and switched off the pc but no luck.
