Hello, recently NVIDIA finally came up with support for FreeSync monitors in their Geforce cards. I decided to try it on.
My monitor is 29uc88 with 60Hz refresh rate and freesync technology.
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB
CPU: i7 6700k
I set 57fps in Rivatuner, disabled Vsync in game and enabled it in Nvidia panel.
While I am playing for example. Tom Clancy's division, everything works great. No stuttering, smooth gameplay and locked frames, but when I play Call of Duty Black ops 3 and occasionally see fps drops (which does not occur when I lock frames to 60fps (but then I have input lag, like with classic Vsync). Is that because Freesync/Gsync have some major impact on graphic card or I did not set something properly or maybe this is because freesync/gsync is not yet fully supported on my monitor?
