FreeSync Monitor with Xbox X

With the new update allowing FreeSync 2 on Xbox, do I have to get a monitor that is also FreeSync 2 enabled? Would I be able to enable the feature using a monitor that has FreeSync 1?

If this is not the case, does anyone have a suggestion for a 4K/HDR FreeSync 2 monitor?

We don't know for sure, but I'd imagine it would still work with FreeSync 1

I guess if anything, I just wouldn't be able to take advantage of the additional color and brightness that FreeSync 2 offers.
