FreeSync Not Supported

Hello there, i have a FreeSync Monitor, and a FreeSync graphics card. How do i enable FreeSync? Why does it say "not supported" in radeon settings? Also, my Monitor is advertised as a 75Hz, why is it saying 60hz in monitor settings?

This is my Monitor and Graphics card.

I'm using the HDMI cable that came with the Monitor, the Monitor only has HDMIx2, D-Sub

Per my link you must use an Active Display Port
