Freeze after 10 minutes of playing

It happens since 2 weeks ago, when i'm playing dota 2 for like 10 mins, my computer freezes up. I tried to stress test with Prime95 and FurMark and it froze again. Could it be my Monitor?

600W PSU
GTX 750 Ti
AMD A8-7600
8GB RAM

It is extremely unlikely to have anything to do with the monitor. Either the CPU/GPU is overheating or the PSU isn't putting out clean enough power once it heats up.

Prime95 and Furmark are torturous...

Doublecheck your cpu and gpu temps while gaming....

a PSU would have to be truly pathetic to not handle a GTX750's light load, so, I'd worry about temps first...PSU 2nd....

could it be the windows itself? and i think temps are not the problem here because a year ago, i had the same issue and temps aren't the problem

Check temperatures under load again anyway. Simplest and cheapest thing to check, wouldn't want to waste days of troubleshooting for skipping the first obvious check.
