Question freeze every few hours

hi
my PC will freeze every 1-2 hours for about a second and when it freeze i hear a different sound from gpu fans(it sounds like it's starting to turn on but it's already turned on..!) Also my mouse and speaker will turn off and then on after a sec.
any idea what's wrong with PC?

psu is a 550W persian brand that is known only in my country but it's a gaming one with 5years warraty.
Also i'm using windows 10 home

Make sure you are running the latest BIOS for your motherboard.

Also I would use MSI Afterburner and monitor your systems temperatures while you game, if you see any sudden spikes you might have a temp problem. which can lead to system instability. It will work for bot the CPU and GPU.

Can you name the PSU brand? 5 years warranty is not important if it is a really poor unit. Does it have a power rating (i.e. 80+ Gold etc)?

I know. I bought that because that was almost same price as 2400 one and i can use this ram for when i upgrade MB or and CPU

BIOS is updated. i'm installing MSI afterburner i'll tell you the result afterplaying and using PC.

There you go, Seems like i don't have temp issue but... take a look at this pic of afterburner
At this moment i was playing league of legends i mean i had 20-30% gpu usage. Also my PC didn't FREEZE i just realized a bit of lag for that moment.
can u help with this?

Btw i saw cpu statics too... i didn't any special drop in CPU charts
