Freezing During 3D Benchmark/At 3D Game Start Screens

So, I am having a hard time getting my PC to do anything with 3D.
It freezes if it even thinks about doing a benchmark. My HDD SMART test is good, and nothing is over heating. It freezes during a stress test on OCCT, whether it be for a GPU or PSU test. I have no idea what to do now. I have installed and uninstalled drivers for my gpu, cpu and mobo... I have no idea what to do now. Please help.
GPU - GEFORCE GTX 780
CPU - AMD 8320E FX
MOBO - M5A99FX R2.0
CORSAIR VENGEANCE 16GB 1600MHZ
800w THERMALTAKE PSU

If only heavy GPU activity causes the issue, have you tried a different GPU?
