Question Freezing issue

Hello guys, i have a problem that couse my pc freeze(no bluescreen).
My pc components(WIN 10):
COOLER master hyper 212 evo

-graphic card : RX 570 4gb
-motherboard: ASUS m5a97 r2.0


Additional info:
I stayed on prime95 over 1 hour no errors and no core died and my temps was no more then 65. I closed prime95 happy becouse my build didn t couse any trouble , after that i go on yt watch some video for 2 min and he freezes, NO BLUESCREEN. I watch thons vids on yt when cpu overclock crash was a bluescreen, im getting only a freeze. What should i do? Please let me know

Did you try setting PCIe frequency manually to 100 ?

tryed this now and still crashing, but fix the framedrops, any ideea?

ok,after few trys whit this overclocks i managed to see that he crash only after 15.08 min. And one more, when i start pc truning on slowly and the motherboard dram led its red and its flikering
