Question Freezing ram sticks

Hello, So I have a bit of a problem... my RAM sticks are all healty and working fine (I tested each one individually) when I put one at a time, but when I put them all together (4x4 to be exact) my pc freezes after some time and it happens when im doing something in the desktop, chrome or else (there have been times when i froze doing literally nothing), but not when im playing games, when im playing its all fine working without any problems. so it just blew my mind when it started happening i tried many thing except down clocking.

PC specs:
MB - Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD5H
RAM - DDR3 4x4 G.Skill RipjawsZ 2400mhz (F3-19200C11Q-16GBZHD)
CPU - i7-4790K @ 4.50Ghz i don't remember volts but it was fully stable with other ram sticks
GPU - INNO3D GTX 1660 Ti

Have you checked your event viewer under computer management for any critical event entries?

why would i need windows 11 optimisations when my other ram sticks work just fine in windows.

That is not optimizations, you are certain it's your memory, finding out if there is some other issue listed is a logical step to check for any other information.

just told you in other reply, my other ram sticks working just fine, and its the same issue on othe PC with same Os but different version...
