Question Freezing then getting stuck in boot loop

I was just web browsing when my PC froze, and then got stuck in a boot loop. Gigabyte AORUS H370 Wifi. It wouldn't even reach the bios, just restarting over and over again. I have flashed a new bios when I was able, and removed all overclocking and XMP. I'm at a loss for what caused this. It has done it multiple times and nothing seems to be working.

Also, mention which version of BIOS you're currently on for your motherboard.

I was on F11 Bios, but I have since flashed to F13
