Question Freezing while playing games, plus black screen when restarting ?

Recently I have been having problems with black screens on startup. I think I may have solved it by replacing my monitor, but when I went to go play some video games thinking it was fixed my game freezes to the point I have to restart my pc. While I turned my pc off and on again my monitors did the same thing it was doing previously; pc turns on with fans and everything but no monitor or keyboard turns on.

I seemed to temporarily fix my issue by plugging in only my new monitor and start it up then plug in my older one as well and it would start up from desktop. (Keep in mind my “older one” is not that old I am going by when I replaced them, the “newer” one is older but I don’t want you to get lost). Is there any way I can permanently fix this issue of black screens and freezes?

Some fixes I have tried before and after I replaced my monitor:
  • New CPU
  • New GPU
  • New PSU
  • Took it to a tech, they checked cords, fix hard drive a bit and a couple other minor fixes. (2-3 visits, this has been happening for a while)
  • Swapped around my HDMI cords and display cord.
  • Re-did windows
  • Basics like check for malware and corrupt files, as well as a couple of other minor things like updates and drivers.

I am still finding out if this issue persists in specific games or any of those types of things. This new type of black screen started today after a constant black screen on startup I supposedly fixed.

Specs:
PSU: Seasonic PRIME GX-750
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
GPU: Radeon RX 6650XT (speedster qick308)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2 16gb
Hard Drive (HDD): WD Blue 1TB
Motherboard: B350M BAZOOKA

Re-did windows
Can you elaborate on what your understanding of re-did is? Did you reinstall the OS? If so, where did you source the installer for the OS?

Got a link to the ram you're working with? How old is the HDD in your build? As for your motherboard, what BIOS version are you working with at this moment of time? How old is the PSU in your build?

Make and model of your monitor(s)?

Hello, by “re-did” I created a new admin account and re-installed windows. I can try finding where I sourced it but it has been a while sense then.

Here is a link to the type of RAM I run:
https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Vengeance-3000MHz-Desktop-Memory/dp/B0123ZC44Y?th=1&psc=1
(Keep in mind I run the 2x 16GB so 32GB of RAM in total)

My current HDD is about 5-6 years old. My motherboard BIOS version, not sure due to me not being able to get into the pc. The PSU at most is around a couple months old, probably not even that.
