Question Freezing

Hey,

I’m not a PC expert and didn’t quite know where to post this.

I’ve been having some prolonging issues for about 4 months. My PC isn’t even 2 years old, however, these issues are quite annoying and as I’m not an expert I have no idea what could cause them.

So, every now and then (could be weeks or a month) my pc starts doing this:

1. freezes completely (as in mouse, keyboard, everything goes numb)
2. starts bluescreening for no reason

This seems to be resolved for a while everytime I rewire and reseat RAMs, SSD, HDD, clean PC. Idk which one of these actions “resolves” it but yea, this work for a bit.

Anyone has an idea what it could be?
I ran a memtest a while ago with no errors.

could be a CPU overheat. Do you know what your temperature readings are for your components? Software like HWInfo or CPU-Z can give this information.

My CPU temp is usually at 55 degrees celsius when gaming, gpu around 60-70
