Frequent random BSODs, most often when exiting windows explorer-- multiple stop codes.

About a month ago this was happening, and after updating the BIOS drivers they went away. Two weeks ago I've began to get more BSODs lately. I've ran memtest on both sticks of RAM about a month ago and they did not return any errors, and two days ago I did an sfc /scannow on both my SSD and HDD, which returned no errors.

Here are my specs:
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
AMD Ryzen 5
16.0GB Dual-Channel Unknown @ 1199MHz (17-17-17-39)
Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. X470 AORUS ULTRA GAMING-CF (AM4) 33 °C
3071MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB (EVGA)
232GB Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250GB
931GB Western Digital WDC WD10EZEX-08WN4A0
931GB Western Digital WD My Passport 259F USB Device

Here's the minidump:

Could it possibly be screwed up Windows files? Would a last resort be a reinstallation of it?

Fresh install is often not best answer on a new PC, its more handy on an old PC that has older drivers. That isn't likely on your PC.

I will ask someone to convert minidump file into a format I can read. I can't read them myself.

have you run the Gigabyte App center on PC to ensure you have latest drivers? its found half way down the list of utilities here - https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/X470-AORUS-ULTRA-GAMING-rev-10#support-dl-utility

I assume you didn't make PC as otherwise you would know what ram is. Dump files may show us more info.

Hi, I ran the dump file through the debugger and got the following information: https://pste.eu/p/yuww.html

File: 090818-11437-01.dmp (Sep 8 2018 - 10:59:42)
BugCheck: [SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3B)]
Probably caused by: memory_corruption (Process: byond.exe)
Uptime: 1 Day(s), 0 Hour(s), 05 Min(s), and 48 Sec(s)

BIOS information was not included in the minidump, this can sometimes mean you are using an older BIOS. See if there are any updates. Note: Updating your BIOS can be risky. Never try it when you might lose power (lightning storms, recent power outages, etc).

When you say you ran a memtest, did you run memtest86 for 8 passes on each individual RAM stick? Or did you use that Windows Memory Diagnostic test? You said you did both sticks, did you do them one at a time? More info would be good.

I ran 8 passes 2 times, each time with individual sticks inserted in. I am considering running it again currently. Just got another BSOD trying to run a game server. Will upload minidump in a bit, but it probably will be by byond.exe again.

I couldn't upload the minidump file to drive due to "lack of admin rights", despite being the only windows user on the computer. Here's the bluescreenview if it helps: https://gyazo.com/0e3f11a314ad8c71ea1c14df78593c7b

RAM sticks are populated in A1/B1 slots. During memtest I ran using the A2 slot on both sticks.

I am probably going to run memtest soon, any advice?

Try to copy the minidump to your desktop or documents folder first. Also try zipping it up. Maybe one of those may help.

That's how I usually get them uploaded, but neither worked. I'll just wait for the next crash dump-- as for now I'm going to run memtest86 on one RAM stick overnight in slot A2
