Recently built a new computer everything is plugged in and ready to go. The motherboard's LED is lit up. I press the power up button, the cpu fan barely spins. I was wondering if it's the mobo or psu.

gpu is sapphire hd 6670

cpu is amd fx 6300

mobo is asus m5a78l m usb3

psu is some cyberpower 350 watt

Solution
you need a bigger psu for that graphics card 400w is the min recommendation. check all your plugs are in correctly and add components 1 by one and test power up inbetween. start with mobo ram and cpu then power up see if fans spin up properly. power down then add video card power up then add hdd. if it fails to turn on at any one stage then you know that it is that component causing the problem. if it powers up with no GPU then doesnt power up with gpu i would say you need a bigger psu
