Fresh custom build getting BSOD "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL"

This is what im getting thus far, I can't seem to target my issue. Any help?

The two files listed are the interface to all the hardware in the system
and the interface to all user mode files in the system.


I would have to look at the actual memory dump file to get a clue what changes to make to fix the problem.

All you can do in the mean time:
run memtest86 on memory
update BIOS,
update drivers,
update windows files
do malware scan
