Does the latest windows updates included TIL this day included in the downloaded version of windows on Microsoft or will it still need to download stuff

Does the latest windows updates included TIL this day included in the downloaded version of windows on Microsoft or will it still need to download stuff

One created today will include the most recent large Feature Update.
There may still be some small security updates or driver additions.

So whatever ISO on Microsoft download page “Win 10 21H2” (Nov Update) only includes updates til that date. So once installed I need to download updates from this date on til today? OR does this ISO already include the latest update and it’s up to date
