[SOLVED] Fresh New PC build. All new parts. First build. No post/boot.

I’ve assembled everything to my knowledge correctly following the manuals. Had everything connected, went to power on. Success turned on. But VGA, BOOT, and DRAM leds were all solid red. Cpu LED is off. Cpu fan was not spinning neither was gpu fans. Flipped power supply, unplugged gpu and tried again, nothing. I have no clue what’s wrong.

Here’s my specs

Mobo: MPG X570 gaming edge wifi
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x, using stock cooler. The wraith prism I believe.
PSU: thermaltake gold, 750w
GPU: nvidia rtx 2060 super
Ram: 2x8 Corsair vengeance lpx 3000mhz
