Fresh OS, no drivers.

Hi all. My friend just bought a Lenovo ideapad 700-15isk and ofcourse he needs a OS. I just installed Win7 Ultimate x64 on his laptop and i can't install any drivers. The USB are not working because the driver is not installed and i can't plug the ethernet cable cause the LAN drive isn't also installed, so basically is like a dead end. How am I supose to install drivers if no internet and no USB working ?

First, get a legitimate copy of windows. Then slipstream the drivers into it.

You mean to integrate drivers into image and then to reinstall the OS?

Yes, find usb 2 and/or 3 drivers for your system and put them in whatever you're installing windows from. (bootable disk or usb)
