No intel(r) adapter found when I try to get ethernet driver.
My specs are:

Operating System: Windows 7 64-bit
Motherboard: Gigabyte H97 (GIGABYTE GA-H97-D3H LGA 1150 Intel H97)
CPU: Intel i5-4460

What should I do?

I think you need internet to run that program

Only other thing I could think of would be to go to device manager, find the network adapters section, select the network adapter (it should appear as "Unknown Device" or something like that), right-click, select update driver software, then either allow it to automatically search your computer for the driver (might not work) or select the driver manually and point it to the unzipped driver package that you downloaded from Gigabyte. It may be that the driver installer from Gigabyte needs .NET or something that isn't installed to run properly, I'm not sure. It's worth a try to update it manually. Does your Win 7 install disk have service pack 1 (SP1)?

Service pack 1 will be in the windows update (Which I cannot access without Internet). I have a windows 7 install disk but I downloaded windows 7 from microsoft's official page and got it on a USB since my case has no disk drive.
