Fresh windows 7 installed, cannot connect to the internet.

[Solved]I reinstalled a new windows 7 because the old one says "windows is not genuine". After that I couldn't connect the the inter net. There was a red X. Please reply asap.

assuming you only need lan--ie pc connected with ethernet cable

run the driver on the target pc

once it has internet access go back to asrock page and download the other stuff

Install the LAN Driver to the PC
Then go back to the page and install the other stuff.

Then you should be ready to start loading it up with your GPU Drivers, Games, Programs and stuff

yes on the pc thats needs it for the internet--not on whatever you downloaded it on

you will need a flash drive or something to move it to the pc that needs it

and some asrock utilities that you can choose to use or not use up to you

yes as long as you have internet either windows update will find other drivers or you can download them from asrock

main thing is always get hold of that lan driver before reinstalling windows just in case windows doesnt have the needed driver built in--which is what happened to you

and if you havent got a genuine one now then the forum rules here are strictly against piracy

so no one will tell you how to hack/crack/bypass things

Check Control Panel/System. It should say that windows is activated.
If it isn't then your non genuine message will come back.
