Hi, I checked the earlier asked similar threads and mostly were for AMD builts.

Here are my specs :

CPU - Intel I7 12700kf (This is fresh install)
MOBO - MSI B660-A Pro(This is fresh too)
RAM - Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3000 MHz CL16 2X16GB (One stick is the fresh install, Timings are same, only version differs)
GPU - Gigabyte Windforce 1080 8GB OC. (Plugged in 1st PCIe slot)
PSU - MSI MPG A750 80+ Gold
CPU Cooler - MSI Mag Coreliquid C360 (This is a fresh install too)
M2 SSD - Put into shielded M2 Slot M2_1

Issue - I push the power button, and then case and Radiator fans start spinning, EZ Debug LED flashes yellow goes to DRAM LED that flashes red, goes back to repeating this flashing cycle for CPU and DRAM. After around 5 cycles, DRAM LED goes red and stays like that.

Already tried workarounds :
1. Removed 1 Ram stick, tried both sticks one by one in 2nd slot from the CPU ( usually recommended by MSI).
2. Tried clean POST by removing all the peripherals.
3. Tried only 1 X 8-pin EPS connector and 1X8-pin + 1X4-pin both.

This Motherboard doesn't have a BIOS flash button, so cannot even update until it goes into BIOS.

Pasting the list from a build maker tool that says all parts are compatible, and every other tool says that - https://pangoly.com/en/pc-builder/configure/custom

Please help!!!

When powering up a newly built PC with an Intel 12700kf CPU, MSI B660 motherboard, and Corsair RAM, the user encounters flashing EZ Debug LEDs that cycle between CPU and DRAM before remaining stuck on DRAM. Despite attempts at troubleshooting including reseating the RAM, removing peripherals, and adjusting the EPS power connectors, the system fails to successfully POST and the user has no way to update the BIOS without access. I think you need to check the motherboard socket pins it might be broken and that's why it was not working.

I will post a picture of the CPU Socket so that we all can collectively ascertain if there is anything wrong with those pins.
