Frisby or Hpm820e ?

Hello to y'all, and thanks for your answer time.
I've got a Compaq Armada E500 (PIII650, 128MB, 12Gigs, DVD, Win 98SE). I'd need an external CD Writer.
Anyone of you have experienced something about Waitec Frisby or Hp m820e plus (16 or 32 bit PCMCIA card)?

Well we wont hold that against you, HP make a external usb burner, so do iomega, they are both usb, if you want to use PCMCIA (People Cant Memorise Computer Industry Acronyms), then get a Xircom adapter, the only problem with them is the speed, they are both 4x4x6, which is agonisingly slow when compared to the internal ones, 12x10x36
