Front and back audio jack not working

Hello could someone please tell me why my front and back audio jack is not working
If you are wondering my motherboard is an ASROCK H61M-HVS

Do you install the "VIA high definition audio driver" ? If you do not, find it online, like https://www.techspot.com/drivers/driver/file/information/16276/
