Front Audio Jack Not Working Windows 10

Please help. I built my own PC, and my front audio and microphone jacks are not working. I have realtek audio driver (correct version for my motherboard) installed. This is getting really annoying.

Run the Windows 10 built-in troubleshooters.

Double check the connections from the motherboard to the front jacks.

Try other known working cables.
