Question Front audio not working at all and back audio cant find headphones

So i have a fractal meshify chassi and ive plugged the hd audio cabel and everything on the back is working as in the sound coming but my pc dont recognize what brand or model ive plugged in, just says realtek speakers and mic. Ive updated the audio drivers, double checked the cable but ive noticed my front audio and mic jacks arent working at all? And when i go to the audio settings i cant even find the "headset" option. Ive checked youtube and searched on google and tried everything people say is the solution but i still cant fix my front jacks nor can i find my hyper clouds.... Is there something wrong with my pc or audio drivers? My brother has the exact same pc with same cpu,chassi,motherboard but his is working fine... Help
