Question Front Audio

So my mother gifted me a pc (although not that great but it will do for the stuff i do daily) and i cant seem to get the front audio port's to work. Its motherboard is an unknown brand so i cant look up the manufacturer's driver website. tried reinstalling the RT driver but i still cant seem to find the application (no it is not in control panel) is there another way to enable the front audio port? it is just a pain to always plug in my earphones through the back.

Device manager properties should tell you if the adapter is working.
Check that the front panel connections to the motherboard seem secure.
If all else fails you can buy a usb adapter like this for the front:

so there is no way to enable the front audio ports without Realtek Audio manager application?

If device manager for audio inputs identifies speakers, you can right click and look at properties.
If the device is working properly, it will say so.
If the hardware is not working, you are done and need a sound card or adapter.
In properties, there will be an option to update the driver; let windows figure it out.
