front headphone & audio jack not working on spec-01

So i recently got a new mobo and a new case (spec-01) And front headphone and microphone jack arent working. I got it installed in a local pc shop. all parts were brand new

Open the case and see if the shop plugged in the HD Audio cable coming from the case.

What is your motherboard model?

you could also check in bios if it is select ac97 or hd must be same settings as front panel cable to board that show on the cable that is plug in .
