Question Front headphone jack not working

I cleaned my computer and reorganized all the cables to get better airflow and now the headphone jack on the front of the computer does not seem to work. The strange thing is that two of my USB ports on the front of the computer that my keyboard cables are connected to work since i can type. Does anyone know which cable on the motherboard i should be looking to see is properly pushed in?

Also there are two lights on the front that are acting up. One light has a lightning under it and used to light up when the computer was on but now it never does. And the second light i cant make out what the picture under it is. It looks like a cylinder or something and that light now lights up when the computer is getting power but is not turned on.

AAFP header, bottom all left on the MB is for front audio. Page 1.13,#2.
For the lights at the front, check System panel connector (20-3 pin PANEL) Page 1-20, #13. Check for LED polarity and placement.

Thanks dude, checked the white cables turns out only half the pins were connected.
