Front panel displays (fan speed, temp, clock) what's out there?

I've seen so many builds that have an LCD display showing fan speeds, temperatures, the time, etc. and just wondered what's out there in terms of these displays nowadays? Are there any options out there to feed that information to a thermometer inside the case? Or that would directly display the temps of the CPU and GPU? I've seen a lot of fan controllers out there but most of those displays look cheesy and don't have much to them.

User preference but I would generally recommend against these types of things. You'll rarely look at it and they make a rats nets of the wiring
