Front panel F_USB30 port support

Looking to purchasing KW525-3U3CR front panel by Kingwin, though noticed it has 3 usb3.0 and one F_USB30 20 pin connector. How does it support 3 usb 3.0 ports through one F_USB30 header (which only supports 2 usb 3.0 by default)? Will one of the ports be dead or the speed will be reduced on each?

It actually be a Hub and not straight USB3 in which ports are shared.
