[SOLVED] Front panel USB 3.0 ports not recognizing USB 2.0

Alright, so weird issue I've been having...

I recently upgraded to a new computer case and recently I've come across an issue where one of my front panel USB 3.0 ports will not recognize any USB 2.0 devices I plug into it. It will, however, recognize any USB 3.0 device I connect. The other port is working just fine, but the one in question is being stubborn. Anyone have any ideas as to why that may be? Any help would be much appreciated.

Solution
Are you able to try swapping USB cables?

Try other known working USB 2.0 and 3.0 cables.

A known working USB 3.0 cable should work with USB 2.0 The cable/device will just work at 2.0 speeds per the port.

What USB devices are you trying to plug in and how many are normally plugged in at the same time?
