Question Front panel USB Port issues on cases

I have a Corsair 750D and a 100R case. When I use MSi motherboards, the two front panel USB ports work fine, but when I am using ASUS boards, only one of the two USB ports works. I double-checked the wiring and can't figure it out...

Which MSI and which ASUS model were you trying?

The 750D has 4 USB ports. Do you mean USB3 (blue) or USB2 (black) ports?
the 100R does have 2 USB3 ports.

Eventually you will have to install USB/chipset drivers to enable these.

The USB 2.0 ports on both cases. The MSi board was a X570 MPG Gaming Pro Carbon and the ASUS X570 ROG Crosshair VIII Hero
