Front Pannel missing?

So today I just got a new LGA 1366 motherboard for my Xeon X5650, but for some reason I can't seem to find the front panel connector for the power switch. I originally thought it was the blue pin section, and I tried every configuration, and while the motherboard does light up the pc does not turn on. Any suggestions? Thanks
